Yeah totally. I want to be as fair as possible, that is why I contacted the seller first to see if they would fix the situation. So I'm thinking this:
1) Contact seller on own and try to work out
2) Go through Paypal complaint
3) go through CC as a last resort
Does that basically sum it all up?
