i still cant see why the wheels would look more like velosity. velosity dont have seamless lip. Its much less noticable but its there.

it has nothign to do with "velosity look"...

And why?

becasuse i wanted to make them smooth fully polished wheels. But all i got is a bunch "Im the smart ass and will give you **** for no reason" IF you disagree ,read again. But i made up my mind and i wond argue with you about it.

I just had an idea and thought id ran it by people to see what comes out of it...

I just did a similar thing to my wheels. I just used a DA sander with some 180 on it to get the majority of the machining down, then 220 and 3(something) followed up by a polish job. All I did was make the shape of the rim flow into the machined brake area. Took very little material off and takes very little time.

My 0.2 and IMHO there is no structural integrity lost, especially since I don't do bike tricks.

Sand and polish away dude.
