I believe you mean "less", provided they are pumped to the appropriate pressure. There's quite a bit of evidence that suggests that wider tires and lower pressure reduce your Crr.
Wider tires at equal pressure will have lower rolling resistance. Whether or not they will at lower pressure depends on how much lower, how much wider, and the construction of the particular tires.
