My wife had the same issue. She rolled up pulling our Chariot trailer and all and was told to come inside next time.

The Chariot will not fit though the door.
Nobody is going to run down a bike and trailer combo in a drive through.

They blamed the insurance. I think it is a dumb policy no matter the origin.
