Ok, I have to buy new rims since my new frame doesnt accept 622 mm rims. So the question is as seen above. Rims for tubular tires or for ordinary tires? Tell me your opinion of both those types of tires. And also if there is more difficult to build a wheel with rims intented for tubulars or if it is the same procedure.
