Depending on how bad it's out $10-$20. Brake adjust? Probably $10-$15 depending on
a) what brakes
b) current condition
c) if any cables/pads need to be replaced
Seriously bring your bike to a real shop and get a real estimate. This is the kind of thing that is impossible to tell over the internet.
