AFAIK, Assos is regarded as the best out there. I've done well with Louis Garneau bibs, I also like Descente base layers. I'm not worried too much about price when it comes to bibs / shorts, as quality is very important there.

However, I haven't found much difference between a $20 Champion jersey and a $200 jersey, especially if I'm wearing a base layer anyway (which is most of the time).
