I just wanted to know what the difference would be between the two. the only thing i can think of is that with the angled stem the handle bar would be closer, compared to just my stock stem with a height extender. I have a windsor hour and everything is stock, its a 54cm. Im 5'7 and i feel a bit stretched being in the drops, so i thought with a higher handle bar position it would help. any info would be greatly appreciated.
