Is Ultegra or Dura Ace Std Rear Derailleur Compatible with 12-30 Cassette?

I want to put a really large 30 gear on the rear with my compact 34 small ring up front (I think its a 50/34 up front).

So - Is an Ultegra or Dura Ace Std Rear Derailleur compatible with a 12-30 cassette?
