Every time I hear that, it just astounds me. Up here in Canada, we grew up having the Canadian Food Guide drilled into our heads. It's still taught in schools.

BTW - if you take a class taught in a gym, or a community centre with a gym, I'd recommend getting a membership for the gym too, and using it to start weightlifting, walking on the treadmill, using the stat bikes, etc..
