If your astigmatism is bad (like mine is), they may not be able to carve enough curvature on the lens to accommodate for eye sight correction. In cases like that, you may have no choice but to go with double lens insert system (like Bolle).
I love my rx rudy project Rydons and I have really bad astigmatisim. The lenses are really thick which makes the glasses kind of heavy but they're really comfortable. They were about $400 though...
