More detailed info there. How could the woman have done all this with the owner holding the dog's collar? I completely understand how the woman felt. After dozens of encounters with dog owners, I'm a bit skeptical about the statement that the dog only wanted to play. I'm wondering why the owner wasn't immediately taking the dog back home. It should not have been out in the first place. We get bitten at work all the time by dogs that the owner thinks won't bite, and one woman here in San Jose is having reconstructive facial surgery because of a dog attack.
