There's the link and the picture and info for the shell (Borealis) is down toward the bottom of the page. The trike model it fits is the Trice Q-NT (Narrow Track). Awesome bunch of guys that produce the trike.
The main drawback I can see with the shell is that it still leaves the head out in the open air, but I still think it's neat.
