Bikes: 80's peugeot. Somewhat knackered. Lovely new Salsa Casseroll singlespeed.

Glad your wife is OK, funrover. Now you know how fast you can go, you'll never be satisfied with 45 mins ever again!

Slow ride this morning. Just felt a bit tired, so I cruised along. Warm, too.
