From the above you can see that I like European gear hubs. The primary reason is that the manufacturers have a lot more technical information available for them than Shimano or Sunrace Sturmey Archer.
Not to be a stickler, but SRAM is an American company and Sturmy Archer is European.
Perhaps it would be better said that you like gear hubs made by manufacturers that provide detailed explanations / manuals of their products.
