Hello I solo biked through Cuba 4 yrs ago. A great experience. I am thinking of St yLucia for a couple of weeks in December. I like to tour as opposed to trail. Opinions about this island for bike touring would be appreciated. Or perhaps there is another forum more suited to Caribbean bike travel.

Beautiful island, but lots of tough hills. Also, if you go, be careful, roads are narrow, not well maintained and the natives drive like maniacs. Also, as a British West Indies island, they drive on the opposite side of the road. Use caution.
