fiddle with the angle of your saddle; try diffrent things because whatever people tell you wont know whats right until you find it. i had this problem for a while but i changed my sadle by a mininmal amount and it was fine.
also, riding fixed down hill is somthing to get used to. be prepared for it to be a bit uncomfortable at first. after time it will become more natural.
+1. If your giggle berries are getting mashed its probably a matter of seat angle. Proper bicycle set up for men is that the front of the saddle should be slightly higher than the back of the saddle. If you place a yardstick running from front to back on the saddle you should be able to see the angle pretty easy. Personally, I found the best way to determine if your saddle is at the right angle is to ride with no hands and trying not to squeeze the saddle with your thighs and see if you slide forward any. If you slide forward, tilt it up, if you slide back either tilt it down or if its comfortable leave it alone.
