5'5" - my bikes are anywhere between 46 (Surly) to 51 (Look Small). The important thing for me is tt + stem of around 60 to 61cm. With the angle on the stem, the effective length is probably closer to 59 to 60cm.

My Look has 53cm tt, but my stem is a 70mm Thomson @ 17 degrees.
My Surly is 52.5cm tt, with 80mm stem @ 6-10 degrees (I think)
My Miyata is 52cm tt, with 100mm stem, but I have it out pretty high, so the actual distance from the seat to the hood is the same as my Look
