I would be calling them to check for reports of stolen bikes and if one is matching the description i'd be happy to give it to them, but just handing it over to them wouldnt get anything resolved since they obviously dont keep a record of all serial numbers of all bikes and who belongs to said bikes. I'd rather it get put to good use by me if no one claims it.
