I used to live in Cincinnati, whatever that is worth... I would suggest calling bike shops in the Cincy area, asking them if they will pick it up and ship it to you for a fee. I'll bet they would do it for a fair price. Here is a link to some shops in the area:

Milford is kind of out there. I guess Jim's is pretty close. Montgomery Cyclery is a big one (or it was 10 years ago), and it's not too far away. Good luck.
