I did the 2 videos and made one visit to the community center where I rode the stat bike for 40 min. (thank you, Keith, for iCycle 4!) and walked 20 min on the treadmill. Also did the UB weight machines except for biceps.
Biked 44 miles this week with longest ride 18 miles. Just too windy for me; I'm a fair weather cyclist.
