footbarrels - Start off on a good leg for my triathlon training. eg: Follow routine! Try eating eggs. (dont like the taste but need to find good recipe) At least 2 sessions of HIIT. Lose more weight than my roomate by this coming sunday!

Trekden - Keep the caloric intake in check. No eating out, except for maybe a meal on Saturday afternoon in Pittsburgh. Keep drinking that water. Spinervals 4 times plus a recovery spin (2 in the book already) Start reading "Weight Training For Cyclist", and figure out a routine to start next week.
