I just bought another sort of CV frame on Ebay. 1990
Miyata. What is the risk of there being rust somewhere
inside that would damage things structurally? It looks
clean on the outside--well cared for. I plan on putting
Frame Saver inside the tubes etc. Has anyone ever
encountered a problem with old frames in this way?
I went back and forth between a new CX frame (steel)
and a used frame. The Miyata is, IMHO, better than
a frame for the same price that you could buy today but
it is older, with commensurate issues.
