Has anyone had this weird pain that I can only describe as a radiation of 'feeling/heat' almost like pins and needles when something falls 'asleep' in the area on their tibia in the area under and medial to the knee.

It doesn't really hurt, and it feels weird. Doesn't bother me while riding, but I'm not sure what it is.

I'm just curious if anyone has had this happen, and what they did to fix it.
