3K for a frame that will be raced, and crashed is waaaaaaay overpriced.
For racing I would build up a CAAD9. For 3.5K you could build it with full Red, and every bling part imaginable. And only the world biggest jackassposertool would argue the racing pedigree of a CAAD9.
