The standard Record/Nuovo Record/Super Records were pretty standard EXCEPT there were thick cups in the early days and thin cups later, which makes the spacing between the race ridges in the spindle vary.
But I'm not totally up on the details; usually the standard Italian spindle is marked 70-120 I think.

Maybe the arms are worn and going on too far; sometimes you can add a freewheel spacer under the fixed cup to move it out a hair. (though more commonly needed on English bikes it seems)
