I would not recommend Sugino RD2s, if you intend on having the chainring on the outside of the cranks, with the recommended 103mm Bottom Bracket. It will give you a 45mm chainline, which may not match the chainline on your hub, which you have not listed, but I assume it will be one that creates a 42mm chainline. One way to rectify it is to use a 107mm Bottom Bracket, and mount the chainring on the inside, which will give you a (more or less) 42mm chainline. I've just done so recently and my chainline seems damn near straight (42mm; Surly Hub)

I'm assuming that you care about your chainline.

This may all be a moot point, if you intend to build a rear wheel with a Paul Track Hub, which if I remember correctly creates a 44mm chainline. Correct me if I am wrong, about the Paul Track Hub chainline.
