I want to pickup a variant of the classic brooks b17 saddle (in honey color), used or new. Should I just scour ebay and craigslist, or get it new? I want to put it on my old lotus excelle (dark maroon color, If igure it will match nicely). Any preference on the spring versus non spring B17? Ill be doing commuting + long distance touring eventually

Also, where can I get some cheap matching handlebar tape? Brooks make leather tape, but its like 70 bucks (definitely cannot afford that!). I like foamies the best.
