Joey, I think it is possible based on what I saw that the truck driver entered the intersection, had an OH SCHIDT moment when he saw you and hit his brakes.
This was my first impression when I saw the vid. Maybe this was the case, maybe the driver was being a jerk, without more info it seems like finger+punch is a bad idea. My 2 cents...
