Qualifies as a "good catch" in my book.

That makes sense. I was at first confused because I kept seeing all these other Team Pros with and without cutouts lugs and then I read somewhere about Ilkeston made bikes. From what I gathered, all Team Pros bikes, which were made starting in 1974, were made is Ilkeston and had SB as a prefix in their serial number. Thanks for all your help. I now kind of feel as if I know a little about my new bike.
It's been raining and hailing all day here so I was unable to take pictures of it outside. Here it is after I cleaned all the mud off of it and removed the Shimano 105 Crankset. The FR and RD are also 105 and I plan on replacing them with either campy or Dura ace. It also turns out that the BB is not campy as the Seller had originally told me. It's Shimano and it's silky smooth. I'd assume that Campy was what used on these bikes, though I have both a campy and Dura ace group that would look good on it.
Here are the pics. It's in rough shape but given I payed $50 for it I'm pretty happy.

I might keep it as it is and just ride the hell of it or get it resprayed and still ride the hell out of it.
