Here are some photos that compare the Tektro lever to a Ultegra 6603 shifter. If you exclude the "head" of the brifter with the ratcheting mechanism, I think that the shape is in the ballpark. Although there are some definite differences ... but simply based on eyeballing them, they don't look that different.
