Use your eyes, there are thousands of pixels there that are clearly photoshopped. It is obvious because the the cyclist in the second picture is much clearer than the faded picture of the background.
Ever heard of the term bokeh? Something anyone that has done any type of decent photography should know.

Poorly cropped? It looks plenty clear to me. If it was photoshopped, I must say they did a pretty darn good job.

Also notice that they are both looking ahead, rather than down where you would think they would look where they trying to clear the flames.
It really isn't even that big of a jump, it's just a little bunny hop that most people can do without even looking down.
They're not photoshopped.
