The only real question is whether they provide you with a full refund, remove the spokes from the wheel and give your rim and hub back to you, or give you a full refund and a new rim and hub. I would demand the latter, all things considered.

As for the 200+kgf question, Mavic recommends 105-110 kgf max. tension on those rims. I've spoken to Mavic about this-
