My glasses are great but fog easily. I finally tried the dish soap trick a few weeks ago, and it really works for me. Just take a very small dab of soap (liquid, not detergent for a machine) and smear it around your lenses front and back. Wipe off with a tissue using no water. I have to buff mine with a lens cloth to get all of the soap off. The only drawback so far is the soap doesn't last long if you get caught in some rain or mist.
I had a great commute this morning. It was cold (29 F) but clear with no wind for a change. I had great luck with the traffic signals today, only catching two red lights and the longest light on my route turned green just as I was approaching it. My legs were also very fresh this morning because my weekend rides were slow and easy. It was so cold here that nobody wanted to ride fast, so it was like having 2 days of recovery rides.
