Neuter!!! Good one - I wanted to see how light I could go. It was a project I started for fun last winter. Got it under 13lbs and I must say it accelerates faster, especially shooting uphill. I used it for my MS150 training rides when I was not in the tandem with the wife and was able to keep up with mid pace riders. It was more fun than I imagined it would be
