ust got a free bike from a coworker. its an older peugeot. its in great condition, but he removed the fenders, dynamo, and lights. it has teh wiring ran through the bike, but he clipped the wires at the ends. it has a wire for a headlight, and taillight. but i dont understand whats going on haha.

any help would be greatly appreciated
