I found a wallet today on the ride in. There is an ID but I don't want to hand deliver it, it looks like someone has already rifled through it and I don't want to be blamed for that. Can I simply drop it in the mail box? Have any of you found a wallet and wanted to return it to its owner? What did you do with it?
