This is what Joseph sent to me when i asked him this same question a few months back:

"The rear will fit just about anything, the front is tighter. The biggest tire I have used is a Michelin Pro2Race 700x25. It measures 27-28mm on my rims. It just barely fits."

Probably can't fit fenders under there, i would imagine.
