Anyway, I worked a bit with lots of grease and my DA chainwhip and I managed to get the cog on without having to resort too much to violence but I still bit pissed about this. If DA cog went on nice and smooth, why didn't EAI fit just as good?

And for the record, I've had Soma, DA, Cobra and no-name cogs previously and never had any issues with getting them to fit to Formula, DA or Miche hub threads.
