Bikes: Specialized Aethos, Specialized Diverge Comp E5 and 2025 Spesh Tarmac SL8 Expert

1. Keep your elbows bent and arms/shoulders relaxed.
2. Don't overlap the rear wheel in front of you.
3. Fancy bikes don't win races.
