if they cut
all the earmarks (that candidate McCain insisted he'd cut and solve all our problems) out of next year's Fed spending, it would save $16 billion out of a $1 TRILLION++ federal budget. Ask your accountant if he thinks that would really do very much, if your calculator doesn't go that high. Mine doesn't either.
