600k for a 2 bedroom home in a decent neighborhood. Not Oh-My-God this is The Raddest Place on Earth "decent" either.

The dot com boom has made it impossible for people to live OK there that are not making a double income and over 100k a year.

Dont get me wrong...there is some great aspects (weather, access to outdoors, beaches not too far way)...but seriously..600k for a 2 bedroom ranch in Campbell?

I think the housing will continue to fall in price though. It got way outta line.
