Spent the evening getting my **** together on my single speed. Ripped off all the derailers and cabling. Got the bottom bracket switched out and installed my IRO cranks. Mounted the freewheel and 19T single cog. Cut down my risers with a dremel (anyone using a hacksaw for this task is missing out severely) and installed my grips and popped the singleator on. At this point everything is coming together really nicely and I'm actually excited to get out on it, freewheel and riser-ness notwithstanding
