I wonder how many of you can set your bike computers in inches? Or do your wheel circumferences measure in MM like the rest? That should indicate that the computers are SUPPOSED to be measured in metric first - and of course as KM are a smaller unit of measurement, they would be inherently more accurate.

All computers I have seen always ask for wheel circumference in mm. Then they display km/h or convert to mph. So i guess realistically they are designed for metric units but they easily convert.
