i'm 170 but it doesn't really matter how much you weigh, it's based on mileage/time you have on the saddle that breaks it in. the more you ride the more it contours and it's around the 150-200 mile marker, don't rush it or try to soften it you'll regret it; they are meant to stay hard and if they aren't they will sag or 'hammock' and will not have the same longevity as a properly broken in brooks.
