in this school zone with a steep hill I tend to do atleast 30mph down it. there is a double yellow line. I have been passed quite a few times going down this hill. it is more of a dip and in a block goes back up to a light. I sometimes turn left so get all the way over and I have still been passed. I have been passed right before the red light still going 20 mph. people are just selfish and only think of them selves. this is the biggest problem with drivers.
