Here is a contribution to the 3 speed section.

Black Centurion roadbike configuration with SA AW hub. A British green Dawes semi citybike with a SA coaster brake hub. A Raleigh Dawn Tourist from 1955. (Made the same year as me ) And a Peugeot mtb set up with a SA 3 speed with 2 cogs and derailleur. So it is a 3 speed times 2 . All are simple, reliable, fun, and beautiful to my eye.
