weight stayed the same this week still @ 285
But I did ride 91 miles on my bike and 60+ @ the gym on a bike. But I ate like a clydesdale all week so breaking even is good imo. I have lost 86 lbs sice june so I ate on the holiday - have 55 or 60 lbs to go to were I wana be. 1014 miles for the year BuT I only started mid jume and weight was 371 then so it been a good year now to. Keep it off now in a michigan winter
