We rarely have snow down in this corner of the UK. But Conditions like that and it is mountain bike time. May be cold but you can be as bold as you like and it doesn't hurt untill you hit a tree.
Last time we had snow was in December 05 and I could not believe that no-one else was up on the hills. Then the chain broke and I had to call for recovery.(No Chain tool that day)
