Top tube and head tube - do you have a photograph? Is this a dent or a wrinkle?

A genuine dent (not a wrinkle) on a headtube can be carefully brought back to a round shape by carefully hammering a seatpost through the headtube - the only prerequisites being that the seatpost outside diameter be nearly equal, or just smaller then the headtube inside diameter.
